Indrė Eugenija Dunn
Body somatic therapist, Shiatsu practitioner, artist, mother of two girls, poetry lover and writer, founder of ‘Sielvarto gervė’, and guide of women’s circles ‘without cacao’.
Indrė is a shiatsu practitioner who uses various somatic (body) and nervous system regulation methods. Indrė lived in Great Britain for twenty years, where she studied shiatsu body therapy (bodywork) and also completed a Bachelor of Arts in Contemporary Textiles, and a Bachelor of Physical Education in Lithuania. In her work, she weaves these modalities into unique individual and group sessions.
Body Poet was born from a deep personal desire and invitation to see the body more as carrying a unique story, rather than through a pathological perspective, as problematic. The focus is on creating a connection with oneself and, using the wisdom of the body, is invited to be more in the position of an observer than a fixer. The body has its own knowledge, and true emotional and physical healing comes from a direct connection with the body's sensations, not just from intellectual understanding - this is the foundation of somatic bodywork, the realization that the body is always on our side and that we can build an equal relationship with it.

Activities and their benefits
Shiatsu personal full body sessions
It is an oriental art of touch, a holistic Japanese massage method based on the principles of traditional Chinese medicine. It is performed by pressing certain biologically active points, performing various stretching and mobilization techniques, and working with the body's energy channels. Attention is paid to the body's energy flows and their natural movement, which promotes self-regulation, provides a feeling of deep relaxation and strengthens internal balance. Japanese acupressure shiatsu sessions are performed on a wide mattress through clothes.
Founder of ‘Sielvarto gervė’
A community space for people experiencing various types of grief or inner pain and who want to be with these life experiences with respect and tenderness, without overcoming them or seeing them as problems that need to be fixed. In the meetings, we are with each other, listening, sharing and allowing grief to become part of our humanity, opening the door to a truer connection, depth of heart, compassion. This space is inspired by the ideas of conscious mourning, love and communion.
Personal and group somatic body sessions
Designed to explore and maintain the connection between the body and emotions. During the sessions, through conscious observation of sensations, we can release tension, restore our inner connection with our vitality, sensitivity, and inner balance. This is gentle, yet deeply transformative body work that helps us better understand ourselves and the wisdom of our body.
Traditional Chinese abdominal massage
Detoxifying the organs and releasing tension and spasms. This massage stimulates lymph flow and relaxes the deep muscle layers in the abdominal area.
Women's circles "without cacao"
Authentic women's meetings on various topics. They intertwine creative aspects, the wisdom of the five elements (fire, water, earth, metal and wood), somatic methods, and acupressure points for self-regulation.
